Cengiz Biçer (born December 11, 1987 in Grabs , Switzerland ) is a Liechtenstein football player of Turkish descent. The 188 cm tall Biçer plays in the position of a goalkeeper .

Cengiz Biçer played in his youth at USV Eschen-Mauren before he was promoted to the first team by his club in 2007. In 2008 he moved to Samsunspor in Turkey . Two years later, Cengiz then moved to league rivals Mersin İdman Yurdu . He made his debut in the Turkish Super League on March 30, 2012 in the game against Kardemir Karabükspor .

In the summer of 2014, Biçer moved to Göztepe Izmir in the TFF 2nd Lig , with which he won the championship directly and was promoted to the TFF 1st Lig . In the summer of 2016 he only moved to the fourth division Yomraspor , but left within the transfer period. He has been playing for Kastamonuspor since January 2017 .
