The company was based in Crystal City near Clark Air Base and Angeles City in the Pampanga area . In 1975 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Censio & Sons or Cencio & Sons . Production ended in 1980. Another source gives the construction time imprecisely as 1970s.

Vehicles in the style of the 1930s were on offer. The sources see a similarity to vehicles from Duesenberg and Packard or Rolls-Royce . The basis was formed by chassis from Pontiac , Chevrolet , Ford or Oldsmobile . The bodies were made of steel .
