Centory was a German Eurodance project that had success across Europe from 1994 to 1996 . The biggest hit was the debut single Point of No Return
Band history
At the center of Centory was the rapper Turbo B , who through his membership in SNAP! it became known as a singer came Lori Glori it. Gary Carolla, who also took on some vocal parts, Sven Kirschner and Alex Trime were behind the act .
The first single Point of No Return already climbed into various European charts , in Germany and Austria even into the top 20. The success continued in 1994 and 1995 with Take It to the Limit and The Spirit . After Eye in the Sky just achieved a lower top 100 position in the German charts, Girl You Know It's True , a cover version of the Milli Vanilli hit rapped by Trey D. , reached the German Top 50. This track was the only release without Turbo B.
At the end of 1996 the Centory project was finished.
