Ceyhun Eriş (born May 15, 1977 in Istanbul ) is a former Turkish football player. His parents come from the north-eastern provincial capital Giresun .
Career
society
Eriş started his career with the amateurs of Galatasaray Istanbul . There he was Turkish champion in the 1997/98 season. He then played for Siirtspor , Fenerbahçe Istanbul , MKE Ankaragücü , Göztepe Izmir , Konyaspor and Samsunspor . Eriş has performed well at Siirtspor. Fenerbahçe noticed the player and signed him. At Fenerbahçe, however, Eriş had no chance; the competition in midfield was too great at the time, so he switched back to Anatolia. During the 2006/07 season, Eriş again showed a good performance at Ankaragücü, and Trabzonspor signed him for a transfer of 500,000 euros during the winter break. On January 12, 2008, his contract with Trabzonspor was terminated.
At the beginning of April 2013 he announced the end of his career.
