Champions League Twenty20 2010
The Champions League Twenty20 2010 was an international Twenty20 cricket competition between clubs from India , Australia , South Africa , Sri Lanka , New Zealand and the West Indies . It was the second edition of the competition and took place between September 10 and 26, 2010 in South Africa. In the final, the Warriors from South Africa lost to the Chennai Super Kings from India with eight wickets.
qualification
The participating teams had qualified through their national Twenty20 championships, India provided three participants, Australia and South Africa two each, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and the West Indies one each. England, which had participated the year before , did not send any teams to the Champions League in this edition, as the date collided with the domestic championships.
