The Charakusa glacier is located in the southern Karakoram in the Pakistani special territory of Gilgit-Baltistan .
The Charakusa glacier has a length of 20 km. It flows in a westerly direction through the eastern Masherbrum Mountains . The Charakusa glacier is framed by the following mountains: K6 ( 7282 m ), Link Sar ( 7041 m ) and K7 ( 6934 m ). The Chogolisa glacier joins the Charakusa glacier on the right. The Charakusa glacier feeds the Hushe , a right tributary of the Shyok .
