Cherubini Quartet
The Cherubini Quartet was a leading German string quartet from Düsseldorf that was founded in 1978/79.
The Italian composer Luigi Cherubini (1760–1842) is named after the quartet . The Cherubini Quartet has made an internationally recognized name for itself with its interpretations of the quartet literature of the 19th century and has won prizes such as the Grand Prix in Evian / France.
