Chinatsu Matsui ( Japanese 松井 千 夏 , Matsui Chinatsu ; born August 8, 1977 in Kawasaki ) is a former Japanese squash player .

Career

Chinatsu Matsui played on the PSA World Tour from 2001 to 2010 and won a title on it. She won this at the China Squash Open in 2009 . She reached her best position in the world rankings with rank 50 in September 2007. With the Japanese national team she took part in the world championships in 2002 , 2004 , 2006 , 2008 and 2012 . She was also a member of the Japanese squad at the Asian Games four times from 2002 to 2014 and represented Japan at the 2009 World Games . Before 2008, she won the Japanese championships four times.
