Denis Rimowitsch Chismatullin ( Russian Денис Римович Хисматуллин ; born December 28, 1984 in Neftekamsk ) is a Russian chess master .

Life

Chismatullin is the first and only grandmaster from the Russian republic of Bashkortostan . He was more than two years Sekundant of Dmitri Yakovenko . Chismatullin finished his studies at the State Technical Petroleum University in Ufa , specializing in drilling oil and gas wells .

Chismatullin won or occupied top places in several tournaments: 1st place at the tournament in Serpuchow (2002), 2nd – 3rd place. Place at the Neschmetdinow Memorial in Kazan (2006), 1st – 3rd place Place at the 6th championship of the Kazan region (2008) and 2nd – 4th. Place at the 62nd Russian Championship in Ulan-Ude (2009). Chismatullin won the 5th Gubernators Cup Ugra in Khanty-Mansiysk (2009). At the 62nd Russian Superfinal Championship (2009) in Moscow , he was sixth. At the 63rd Russian Championship of the Higher League in Irkutsk (2010) he was 2nd to 10th. Place, after the fine scoring second.

Chismatullin received the grandmaster title in 2004, he met the required standards in 2002 and 2003 at two tournaments in Serpukhov. He qualified for the 2013 World Chess Cup , where he failed in the first round against his compatriot Mikhail Kobalija . In the Russian team championship Chismatullin played for Yunilain Samara in 2005 and 2006 , in 2008 for Spasio Moscow , 2009 to 2012 for Tomsk-400 , with whom he became champions in 2009 and 2012, and since 2013 he has played for Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk . He took part in the European Club Cup in 2009, 2011 and 2012 with Tomsk-400 and in 2013 with Ugra Khanty-Mansiysk . In 2011 he achieved the best and in 2009 the second best individual result of the reserve players.

Chismatullin's Elo number is 2673 (as of January 2015), in March 2014 he reached his highest Elo number of 2714.
