Chlodulf
Chlodulf also Flodulf , Glodulf , Childulf († June 8, 696 or 697 in Metz ) was bishop of Metz from May 19, 656 until his death . The feast of the saint is celebrated on June 8th.
Chlodulf was a son of Arnulf and married to an unknown woman before he was ordained a priest . He had a son named Aunulf . He was in close contact with his sister-in-law Gertrud von Nivelles . He was buried in the cathedral in St. Arnulf near Metz .
