Christopher Patrick Rusin (born October 22, 1986 in Detroit , Michigan ) is a professional American baseball player in Major League Baseball . Rusin was signed as an amateur by the Chicago Cubs in 2009 in the 4th round of the MLB Draft .
Career history
Rusin was used from August 21, 2012 to September 27, 2014 as a pitcher in the organization of the Chicago Cubs. For the Chicago Cubs, Rusin pitched seven games, winning two games and losing three (2-3) . His shirt number with the Cubs was 18th.
After his player clearance (known as a waiver in the United States ) by the Cubs , the organization of the Colorado Rockies signed him in September 2014 .
