Christian Juergensen (born April 6, 1985 in Flensburg ) is a German football player . He plays in the position of left defender at SC Weiche Flensburg 08 .

Career

Jürgensen started playing football at Höruper SC. During his time as a youth player, he moved to SSV Schafflund , then to the Danish sports club DGF Flensborg and from there to Flensburg 08 . He played in the senior division with Flensburg 08 in the Oberliga Nord and moved to Holstein Kiel in June 2006 . At first he was brought in for the second team of Kiel, but was quickly noticed by the coaches of the league team because of his strong performances. On November 18, 2006, Jürgensen made his debut in the first team in a 2-0 home win against VfL Osnabrück . Since then he has been an integral part of the first team. With Holstein Kiel he became champions of the Regionalliga Nord in 2009 and played in the third soccer league in the 2009/10 season . From 2006 to 2013 he played a total of 145 games for Holstein Kiel and scored seven goals.

For the 2013/14 season , Jürgensen moved to ETSV Weiche Flensburg (since July 2017 SC Weiche Flensburg 08 ) and thus returned to his hometown.
