Christian Karpfinger

Christian Karpfinger (born July 27, 1968 in Straubing ) is a German mathematician .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1992, Karpfinger studied mathematics and physics at the Technical University of Munich from 1992 to 1998 . From 1999 to 2002 he was a researcher at Heinz Wähling at the Technical University of Munich , where he in 2002 with the thesis About Rated Dicksonsche Almost body doctorate was.

Karpfinger teaches algebra , number theory , cryptology and engineering mathematics as a private lecturer and adjunct professor at the Technical University of Munich . He is the author or co-author of textbooks on these subjects.

He lives in the Schwabing district of Munich with his wife and two children.
