Christian Kirk

Christian Kirk (born April 24, 1963 in Quakenbrück , Lower Saxony ) is a German publisher and entrepreneur from Darmstadt .

Life

After high school and military service , Kirk began studying industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1986 . In 1988, parallel to his studies, he began his first ventures into self-employment. In 1991 Christian Kirk moved to his second residence in Barcelona as managing partner of ICR Star Icecream OHG .

In 1992, Kirk founded the Darmstadt-based "Media Team Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH". In 1999 he founded "European Sport Verlag GmbH", "European Culture Verlag GmbH" and "European Economic Publisher GmbH", which he united under the umbrella of "Medien Gruppe Kirk AG" in 1999. Kirk and his publishers publish around 300 books, particularly on German and European business locations. In 2012 he published a book about Afghanistan as a location for economic prospects for the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development , followed in 2013 as a further commissioned work by the German government, a presentation on Tunisia as a business location. A further 38 international locations were analyzed and conceptually prepared for publication.

Kirk also published the work on business locations with additional articles on his website “european business network”. In addition to the publishers, Kirk set up his own film studio under the brand "ebn24TV" in 2007.

In 2009, Kirk founded "European Consult und Invest GmbH" for his advisory activities. In 2014 Christian Kirk also founded the "WI-Rheinblick Projekt GmbH", whose task is the urban development of properties, including former industrial and commercial sites, in Wiesbaden-Kastel. In the same year he founded the planning company "Guliver" and acquired the Rheinport port, founded in Wiesbaden in 1946.

Christian Kirk is married and lives with his wife and six children in Darmstadt in the south of Hesse .
