Christian Natter (* 1985 in Essen ) is a German actor .

Life

Christian Natter, born in the Ruhr area , decided to become an actor during his community service in Brazil , where he was working on a play with young people.

He had his first theater engagements as a freelance actor in the Ruhr area at the “Theater Courage” in Essen (2007–2009), at the “Studiobühne Bottrop” (2008) and at the Aalto Theater in Essen. In the following years he took part in acting roles in various opera productions, including a. at the Komische Oper (2008–2014), at the Wuppertaler Bühnen , at the Schwetzingen Festival (2009, as Pluto in the world premiere of the music theater work Proserpina by Wolfgang Rihm ) and at the Berlin State Opera .

From 2012 to 2016 he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Berlin author's theater " theater 89 Berlin ", where he a. a. Main roles as Hans Schnier in Views of a Clown (Director: Hans-Joachim Frank ), as Templar in Nathan the Wise and as Wolfgang in Rheinsberg: A Picture Book for Lovers .

In the 2011/12 season he was a guest at the Mainzer Kammerspiele . From 2013 to 2015 he went on an annual summer tour through Brandenburg , where the plays Rheinsberg and Der böse Geist Lumpacivagabundus were shown in open-air performances in historic city centers.
