Christian Tischner
Christian Tischner (born August 18, 1981 in Greiz ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and has been a member of the Thuringian state parliament since 2014 .
Life
Tischner graduated from secondary school in 1998 and graduated from high school in 2001. From 2001 to 2006 he studied history and political science for the teaching post at grammar schools at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg . After taking the first state examination in 2006, he began his legal traineeship at the State Gymnasium Greiz , which he completed in 2008 with the second state examination. He then taught history and social studies at the same school until 2010.
In addition to his work as a teacher, he has been a research assistant at the professorship for didactics of politics at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena since 2008. From 2011 to 2015 he was a lecturer at the Center for Key Qualifications at the University of Passau , since 2012 he has been a lecturer at the Institute for Political Science at the University of Jena and from 2011 to 2013 university lecturer at the Professorship for Political Science and its Didactics at the University of Bremen . In 2013 he returned to school as a teacher at the cooperative comprehensive school "Adolf Reichwein" in Jena .
Christian Tischner is married and lives in Greiz.

Tischner joined the CDU in 1997. In 2004 he became a member of the city council in Greiz and was elected chairman of the tourism, culture and social committee; since 2014 he has been chairman of the CDU city council group. In 2009 he was also elected to the district council of the district of Greiz . Within his party, he has been a member of the CDU district executive in the district of Greiz since 1999. In addition, since 2009 he has been honorary chairman of the district association of the Junge Union .
In the state elections in Thuringia in 2014 , Tischner won the direct mandate for the CDU in the Greiz II constituency and was thus elected to the Thuringian state parliament for the first time. There he is a member of the committee for education, youth and sport as well as education policy spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group.
Tischner is deputy chairman of the state board of trustees of the state center for political education.
