Christine Möller

Christine Möller (born October 12, 1934 in Wiener Neustadt ) is an Austrian psychologist and educational scientist who taught psychology at the Faculty of Education at RWTH Aachen University from 1970 to 1986 .

After training in Vienna and at the University of Geneva with Jean Piaget and Bärbel Inhelder , she completed her studies at the University of Vienna and from 1960 worked at the new Federal Institute for Home Education , which was housed in Braiten Castle in Baden . After marrying Bernhard Möller , she had two children, for whom she gave up her research position in 1962.

Instead, they wrote the work technique of learning Planning (1968), which the German teacher training had a major influence because it is the US Objective Research by Robert F. Mager brought in the German-speaking world. In 1968 she started teaching again at the Catholic Pedagogical Academy in Zams / Tyrol. In 1970 she was appointed professor at the Aachen University of Education , which merged with the RWTH Aachen. In 1986 she left her apprenticeship.

Christine Möller is the main representative for curricular didactics in Germany. Her husband Bernhard, a professor of education in Oldenburg , also made contributions.
