Christoph Moosbrugger

Christoph Moosbrugger (born April 3, 1951 ) is an Austrian actor.

Life

Christoph Moosbrugger completed his acting training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna . He became known to the general public in 1993 in his role as Rittmeister Alexander Wandrusch in the seven-part television series Der Salzbaron .

In November 2012, Christoph Moosbrugger was the victim of a knife attack after a trip on a public bus in Vienna. He suffered a lung stitch and had to undergo emergency surgery at the Meidling Accident Hospital . The 36-year-old attacker was declared unresponsive for schizophrenia on July 2, 2013 and was admitted to an institution for mentally abnormal lawbreakers
