Trivia
At the end of the 2014/15 season , Christoph Rech was voted Player of the Season for Jahn Regensburg with 48% of the votes in the fan poll. Rech's election is explained as a fan protest against relegation at the end of this season. During the election, fan groups had called on Rech to vote, as he, as the player with the fewest stakes (5), was also the least responsible for relegation.
