Christoph Studt

Christoph Studt (born March 31, 1958 in Damme ) is a German historian .

Life

Studt studied history, art history and political science at the Universities of Münster and Bonn from 1978 to 1985 . After obtaining his master's degree in 1985, he was a research assistant at Klaus Hildebrand's chair . In 1990 he was with Hildebrand with the dissertation Lothar Bucher (1817-1892). A political life between revolution and civil service for Dr. phil. PhD.

Since 2010 he has been a research assistant at the Institute for History at the University of Bonn .

He is a member of the Theodor Fontane Society , the Kempowski Society , the Research Association July 20 and the Association of Historians of Germany . He is also on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Research Association and Deputy Chairman of the Foundation Board of the Dorothee Fliess Fund .
