Christoph Szalay (* 1987 in Graz ) is an Austrian poet and winter sports enthusiast .

life and work

Christoph Szalay has been active in sports since childhood and youth. He has been jumping and skiing since he was eight years old - both successfully: he was active in the ÖSV B team until February 2007 as a Nordic combined athlete. He first studied German language and literature in Graz and started the Art in Context master’s course at the UdK Berlin in the 2013/2014 winter semester . In addition to his books, he has numerous publications in magazines (e.g. Lichtungen , Podium , perspektiven ), anthologies and on the radio . Christoph Szalay also works cross-cultural, e.g. B. on text sound performances.
