Christopher Doll

Christopher Doll (born February 10, 1976 in Lindau ) is a German assistant director and film producer .

Life

Doll was born in Lindau on Lake Constance and initially studied psychology and philosophy in Munich , but dropped out in favor of a career in the film industry. After a set internship at Claussen + Wöbke Filmproduktion, he worked for two years as an assistant set recording manager and later also as a set recording manager. From 2004 he also appeared as an assistant director for the filming of Hans-Christian Schmid Requiem (2006).

In 2014, together with Lothar Hellinger, he founded Hellinger / Doll Filmproduktion based in Berlin . In 2016, Doll and Hellinger were nominated for their work on Anika Decker's dream women for the Austrian film and television award Romy in the category of best film producer .
