Christy Manzinga (born January 31, 1995 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye ) is a French - Congolese football player who is under contract with Linfield FC .

Career

Christy Manzinga played in the youth of Paris Saint-Germain from the age of thirteen . At the age of 16 he came to FC Lorient , which he left after two years. He completed his first assignments in the men's area at his next station in the second team of SCO Angers in the National 3 . There he stayed under contract for two years.

In 2017, the striker moved to Belgian third division club Royal Châtelet-Farciennes SC . In two seasons he met ten times in 45 league games.

After a successful trial session during the 2019 summer break, he signed a one-year contract with Scottish Motherwell FC . He made his debut for the club only four months later in November 2019 against FC St. Johnstone . He scored after his substitution for Jermaine Hylton in the 89th minute of the 4-0 final score.
