The Chvalšinský potok , also Třebovický potok (German Kalschinger Bach , also Kalschingbach ) is a left tributary of the Polečnice in the Czech Republic .

The Třebovický potok rises southeast of the desert Sádlno ( Zodl ) on the Boletice military training area . Its source is located at the northern foot of the Velký Plešný ( Großer Pleschen , 1066 m nm) or northwest of the Malý Plešný ( Kleiner Pleschen , 881 m nm) in the Českokrumlovská vrchovina ( Krummauer hill country ) belonging to the Bohemian Forest foothills . At its headwaters, the stream initially flows to the northeast; at the settlement Třebovice ( Siebitz ) it takes a south-easterly direction. Its further course through the military area leads past the desert areas Lomek ( Haidl ) and Vražice ( Proßnitz ), where the Třebovický potok feeds the Okrouhlík pond, to Střemily ( Richterhof ). At the desert Hvozd ( high forest ) the brook leaves the military training area and flows south of the Kraví vrch ( Kuhberg , 797 m nm) past the desert Osí ( Schönfelden ) to Chvalšiny . The lower reaches of the Chvalšinský potok leads past Červený Mlýn ( Rothe Mill ), Červený Dvůr ( Rothenhof ), Křenov ( Krenau ) and Křenovský Dvůr ( Krenauer Hof ). After 17.9 kilometers, the Chvalšinský potok joins the Polečnice northeast of Kájov .
The Chvalšinský potok is the largest tributary of the Polečnice. Its course forms the border between the Blanský les and the Českokrumlovská vrchovina.
The strongly meandering stream above Křenov is protected as a natural monument by the PP Meandry Chvalšinského potoka .
