Clésio Moreira dos Santos (born January 8, 1958 in Palhoça ), better known as Margarida , is a Brazilian football referee who became world famous for his effeminate dance appearance on YouTube .

He began his training as a referee in 1988. In 1992 he had the idea of ​​creating an atypical figure. Until 1994 he worked on his style. In each description he took three colleagues as role models for his role, although the names mentioned alternate. The original Margarida Jorge José Emiliano dos Santos (1954–1995) from Rio de Janeiro is always there.
