Claudia Wieland (born April 8, 1984 in Stuttgart ) from Pfedelbach -leichen is a German art cyclist . In 2004 and 2005 she was world champion in the women's single art cycling , in 2006 she was second in the world championship.

Career

She came to artistic cycling at the age of five, because her father and grandfather also practiced this sport at the Hohenlohe Öhringen 1887 eV cycling club . After the 2006 World Cup, she announced her resignation from artistic cycling on November 29, 2006 and officially ended her career on June 24, 2007 with a farewell gala in Öhringen in order to concentrate on studying business education at the University of Hohenheim .
