Claudio Amendola

Claudio Amendola (born February 12, 1963 in Rome ) is an Italian actor and film producer .

Life

Amendola, son of actor Ferruccio Amendola and voice actress Rita Savagnone, appeared for the first time in 1982 with a role in a television film by Franco Rossi ; the following year he had great success with the lead role in Lontano da dove . Artistically more and more mature, he played in many important films of the 1980s and 1990s under directors such as Marco Risi and Carlo Mazzacurati . Amendola was brilliantly cast in Ricky Tognazzi's contributions Ultrà and La scorta and was now one of the most important actors of his generation. He also worked abroad several times. In 1997 he made his theater debut.

In the new millennium he throttled his output somewhat and also acted as a producer.
