Today he moderates various broadcasts on Bayern 3 at the weekend. In addition, on behalf of his colleague Chris Baumann, he occasionally moderates the “Bayern 3 Chartshow” on Friday evenings (7:00 pm to 10:00 pm).

TV moderation

He became known to a larger audience when he moderated the ARD television program Computerzeit , which was broadcast in the afternoon program between 1983 and 1986. From 1985 to 1991 he hosted the BR children's game show Flip-Flop . In 1993 he moderated ALL-TV , a six-hour scientific format on a specially set up transmitter on the occasion of the second German Spacelab mission d-2. From 1994 to 1998 he appeared in a commercial series for the automaker Ford . In 2000 there was a new edition of ALL-TV on the occasion of the space shuttle mission of the German astronaut Gerhard Thiele , here he presented a daily 30-minute program, which was also broadcast during the space night of the BR.

He is often mentioned as the presenter of the Alpha 5 program , but according to Wolfgang Rudolph this is a mistake that results from being mistaken for the flip-flop presentation.
