Claus von Borcke

Claus Rüdiger Georg von Borcke (born January 9, 1868 in Hamburg , † November 10, 1949 in Kassel ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Claus von Borcke studied at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1888 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . After completing his studies and his legal clerkship, he became a government assessor in the Prussian civil service. From 1904 to 1920 he was District Administrator of the district Liebenwerda . As a senior government councilor, he then worked as head of the tax office in Teltow and at the presidential office of the state tax office in Brandenburg in Berlin . He retired in 1933.

Von Borcke was Rittmeister of the Reserve in Dragoon Regiment No. 12 . His first marriage was to Henny Freiin von Haxthausen , his second marriage to Elisabeth Freiin von Haxthausen and his third marriage to Anneliese Plathner.
