Cleopa David Msuya
Cleopa David Msuya (born November 4, 1931 in the Kilimanjaro region ) was Prime Minister of Tanzania . He held this office from November 7, 1980 to February 24, 1983 and from December 7, 1994 to November 28, 1995. From 1994 to 1995 he was also Vice President of his country.
