Cleveland Classic 2016

The 2016 Cleveland Classic took place January 28 through February 2, 2016 in Cleveland , Ohio , United States . The women's squash tournament was part of the women's PSA World Tour 2015/16 and belonged to the PSA 50 category .

Last year's winner Nicol David did not take part again. In the final, Camille Serme beat Alison Waters 7:11, 11: 6, 11: 9 and 11: 5.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. A wildcard was not awarded.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 50,000.
