Cliff Bole
Clifford John "Cliff" Bole (born November 9, 1937 in San Francisco , California , † February 15, 2014 in Palm Desert , California) was an American director of American and Canadian television productions .
Life
Bole was active as a director from the mid-1970s and exclusively directed television series, including:
- The Six Million Dollar Man (The Six Million Dollar Man)
- Charlie's Angels (Charlie's Angels)
- Spenser (Spenser: For Hire)
- Baywatch - The Lifeguards of Malibu (Baywatch)
- The X-Files - The FBI's Scary Cases (The X-Files)
- Starship Enterprise: The Next Century (Star Trek: The Next Generation)
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
- Star Trek: Spaceship Voyager (Star Trek: Voyager)
The extraterrestrial species Bolians from the series Starship Enterprise: The Next Century is named after him.
Bole was married and had a daughter and a son. He died in February 2014 at the age of 76 at his Palm Desert, California home.
