Clues is a historic district of the town of Syke ( Diepholz district ) in Lower Saxony . The formerly independent community was incorporated by Heiligenfelde in 1967 . Since 1974 Heiligenfelde has formed the town of Syke together with 12 other districts.

Clues is located between Bundesstraße 6 and the Hache , 4 km south of the town center of Syker and 1.5 km northwest of the center of Heiligenfelde. The Hache flows west at a distance of 0.5 km; the Clueser Beeke flows from Clues into the Hache. Clues is located on the nature reserve Hachetal and Freidorfer Hachetal .
