Clyde L. Miller

Clyde L. Miller ( January 1, 1910 - September 14, 1988 ) was an American politician ( Democratic Party ) from the state of Utah .

Miller served as Deputy Governor of Utah from 1965 to 1976 in the position of Secretary of State . After the abolition of the office and the introduction of the position of lieutenant governor , he worked in this position until 1977. Calvin L. Rampton served as governor throughout the period .
