Collins Chabane ( English Collins Chabane Local Municipality ) is a local church founded in 2016 in the South African province of Limpopo . It belongs to the district of Vhembe and arose from parts of the still existing local parishes Thulamela and Makhado . The administrative center of the municipality is in Malamulele . Mayor is Moses Maluleke.

The parish is named after the former minister Collins Chabane .
