Makhado ( English Makhado Local Municipality ) is a local municipality in the Vhembe district , Limpopo province in South Africa . The administrative headquarters are in Louis Trichardt . In 2016, parts of the congregation were added to the newly formed local congregation Collins Chabane . Ntavhanyeni Samuel Munyai is the mayor.
