The Communauté de communes of Cheires is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It was founded on December 16, 1999 and comprised eleven parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Saint-Amant-Tallende .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and so formed the successor organization Mond'Arverne Communauté . However, the municipality of Le Vernet-Sainte-Marguerite joined the Communauté de communes du Massif du Sancy on this occasion .
