The XXI Comunità Montana Monti Lepini, Ausoni e Valliva is an association of a total of 9 municipalities in the Italian province of Frosinone . It was formed by the usually quite small communities, which are at least partially in mountain regions, in order to strengthen the economic development of the region. Further tasks are the strengthening of tourism, nature protection and the preservation of rural culture and historical sites.
The association was formed when the former Comunità Montana di Lenola was divided into
- XVI Comunità Montana Monti Ausoni
- XXI Comunità Montana Monti Lepini, Ausoni e Valliva and the
- XXII Comunità Montana dei Monti Ausoni ed Aurunci .
The territory of the Comunità Montana includes part of the Monti Lepini and the Monti Ausoni .
The Comunità includes the following municipalities:

- Castro dei Volsci
- Giuliano di Roma
- Morolo
- Patrica
- Sgurgola
- Supino
- Vallecorsa
- Villa Santo Stefano
