Conrad Pope
Conrad Michael Pope (born 1951 ) is an American composer . He is best known as a composer and orchestrator of film music .
Life
Pope studied at the New England Conservatory of Music , the Berkshire Music Center at Tanglewood and the University of Music in Munich . He graduated from Princeton .
He works with composers such as Jerry Goldsmith , James Horner , Alan Silvestri , Howard Shore , Alexandre Desplat and Mark Isham . For John Williams he has been one of the regular orchestrators since the early 1990s, who has supported him on film scores such as Schindler's List , Jurassic Park and the new Star Wars films. His best known compositions for the film are The Rising Place and Pavilion of Women .
