Corey Peters (* 8. June 1988 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ) is an American American football poker players on the position of the defensive tackles . He currently plays for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League (NFL).

Early years

Peters attended high school in Louisville , Kentucky . He later attended the University of Kentucky .

NFL

Atlanta Falcons

Peters was selected in the third round in the third round in the 2010 NFL draft by the Atlanta Falcons in 83rd place . On June 8, 2010, he signed a four-year contract. On March 4, 2014, he signed a one-year contract with the Falcons.

Arizona Cardinals

On March 10, 2015, Peters signed a three-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals . Before the first day of the 2015 season , he tore his Achilles tendon , so that the entire season was canceled. On December 1, 2017, Peters extended his contract for another three years with the Cardinals. With 43 tackles , he achieved his personal best in the 2018 season .
