The Cositte is a small river in the north of Saxony-Anhalt . It begins near Gethlingen in the Stendal district , where it "arises" from the union of the Balsamgraben and the Hufergraben with other unnamed trenches.

The drainage path through the Wiche is oriented to the northwest. The towns of Rohrbeck , Calberwisch and Meseberg lie along its twelve kilometer route before it flows into the Biese near Dobbrun , a district of Osterburg (Altmark) .
