features

The moths reach a wingspan of 11 to 13 millimeters. The head shines dark brown and has white lines on the sides and in the middle. The antennae are dark brown and have a short white line that extends from the base to the first tenth. There are two white sections subapical, the inner one consists of four segments, the outer one of two segments. Another section consisting of eight white segments is at the apex. The thorax is dark brown and has a white center line. The tegulae are dark brown and outlined in gold on the inside. The forewings are dark brown. Three broad, spindle-shaped, golden lines arise in the basal region . The first starts at the Costa loader and extends into the second third of the basal region. The second is above the anal fold and extends from the first fifth to the fourth fifth, the third is below the anal fold and extends from the second fifth to the end of the midline or slightly beyond. A wide, yellow-orange band runs behind the wing half from the Costa loader to the wing inner edge. It widens in the middle towards the apex and then tapers very strongly towards the inner edge of the wing. Inside it is bounded by a slightly irregular, bumpy, pale gold band. On the outside there is a pale gold-colored costal and a dorsal spot. The latter is twice the size of the costal spot and is closer to the base of the wing. A white line borders the costal spot on the outside, which extends into the fringed scales. The bandage and the spots have an irregular black-brown border on the inside. A broad, pale gold apex line is on the wing inner edge. The fringed scales are dark brown, on the wing inner edge they become paler towards the wing base. They are white at the wing tip. The hind wings are brownish gray and have gray-brown fringed scales.

In the males the right brachium is long and strong, apically it tapers and has a slightly curved tip. The blades are slender and sickle-shaped. The valvellae are slightly curved and broad in the distal half. The aedeagus is large and bottle-shaped.

The female genital fittings have not yet been described.
