Crispin Barrete Varquez (born December 5, 1960 in Seville , Bohol , Philippines ) is Bishop of Borongan .
Life
Crispin Barrete Varquez received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Tagbilaran on April 14, 1989 .
On August 4, 2007 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of Borongan. The Bishop of Tagbilaran, Leonardo Yuzon Medroso , donated him episcopal ordination on October 18 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Palo , Jose Serofia Palma , and the Bishop of Surigao , Antonieto Cabajog . The inauguration took place on November 8, 2007.
