Cristian Todea (born October 18, 1978 in Arad ) is a former Romanian football player . The midfielder played a total of 244 games in the Romanian League 1 and the Swiss Challenge League .

Career

The career of Todea began in 1997 in his hometown when he was in the first team of UTA Arad came to the time in the second Romanian league, the Divizia B , played. There he immediately became a regular in midfield. The 2001/02 season he was able to complete II and in the club with his first of the season Divizia A rising. He then moved to AC Mantova in the Italian Serie C2 . In 2004, he first rose to Mantova in the Serie C1 and a year later in the series B on. FSV Mainz 05 , he was eliminated there in the play-off round against FK Austria Wien . He ended his career in summer 2015.
