history
The four band members Alejandro Romero (bass, vocals), João Seixas (vocals, guitar), Leïla Séguin (flute, vocals) and Joshua Oldershaw (drums) come from Spain , Portugal , France (Corsica) and Great Britain . They met while studying at Loughborough University . Her first EP Peach Bells was released on City Slang in December 2014 . The debut was produced by Rusty Santos, who has worked for Animal Collective , Vashti Bunyan and Grizzly Bear .
style
The musical style is mainly shaped by the various cultural influences and ideas. Musically, the band can be categorized as folk-rock, Americana and easy listening - with audible references to Fleet Foxes , Beach Boys , The Mamas and the Papas and Fleetwood Mac .
In addition to songs in English, the band also writes lyrics in Portuguese and Spanish.
