Cyril de Vère
Cyril Duchene de Vère (born January 4, 1881 in Vilvoorde , † September 30, 1964 in Paris ) was a French racing driver .
Career in motorsport
Cyril de Vére was active as a monoposto and sports car sport before the Second World War . He was a regular sarter at the French Grand Prix and competed twice in the 24 Hours of Le Mans . He contested his first French Grand Prix in 1911 when he crossed the finish line in thirteenth overall. At Le Mans in 1929, as a partner of Marcel Mongin in the Chrysler 77, he reached seventh place overall.
