The Danish Ice Hockey Cup 2005/06 was the 8th edition of the Danish Ice Hockey Cup since 1997 . The event is organized by the Danish Ice Hockey Federation.
Participant and mode
All play-off participants of the previous year's First Danish League took part in the hosting of the Danish Ice Hockey Cup in the 2005/06 season . The EfB Ishockey , who had taken the place of Esbjerg IK after the season , was the only first division club not represented. In the quarter-finals and semi-finals, the comparisons were made with the first and second leg.
