The Danish Ice Hockey Cup 2006/07 was the 9th edition of the Danish Ice Hockey Cup since 1997 . The event is organized by the Danish Ice Hockey Federation.
Participant and mode
All teams from the previous year's First Danish League and others from the 1st Division took part in the Danish Ice Hockey Cup in the 2006/07 season . The lower class teams had to qualify for games against the higher class teams. The two qualifiers met the two last placed in the previous year's final table, but could not prevail and missed the quarter-finals, in which the first division clubs remained among themselves. Except for the final, all comparisons were made with the first and second leg.

Preliminary round
The first two finishers in the main round last season (Aalborg and Herning) are directly qualified for the quarter-finals. The Aarhus Elite Hockey team has been disqualified.
