The 2007/08 Danish Ice Hockey Cup was the 10th edition of the Danish Ice Hockey Cup since 1997 . The event was organized by the Danish Ice Hockey Federation.
Participant and mode
At the discharge of the Danish Ice Hockey Cup in 2007/08 all the teams took the previous year's first Danish league and more of the first division part. The lower class teams had to qualify for games against the higher class teams. The two qualifiers met the last two in the previous year's final table, but could not prevail and missed the quarter-finals, where the first division clubs stayed among themselves. Only in the quarter-finals were the comparisons made with the return leg.
Preliminary round
In the preliminary round, the teams of the 1st division played in tournament mode each against two participants for the quarter-finals qualifying games. The second pairing Gentofte Stars - Copenhagen SF was not played.
