Toyax (* 29. November 1981 in Haarlem ; bourgeois Thomas Hoeflaak ), is a Dutch Trance - DJ and - producer .

life and career

Thomas Hoeflaak's interest in music began in 1994 when he came into contact with trance and rave . In 1999 he built his Wheaton Studios music studio . Thomas sent his first demo tape to Q-Dance for the Qlubtempo talent room, and two months later he was given permission to play there. Since then he has played at events such as Nature One (for the 10th time since 2007), Electronic Family (2015 to 2017), Defqon.1 Amsterdam Dance Event , Symbols in Madrid and over 350 other parties in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and in the Netherlands alongside greats such as Tiesto , Paul van Dyk , Armin van Buuren , Carl Cox , Ferry Corsten and many more.

In 2008 his first production Just Before I Left was released on the Tektra Music label .

Trivia

  • DJ Toyax dedicates the track Never (Rest In Peace Stéphane Mix) to his role model Marino Stephano , who died on the way to MIKE in a car accident .
